IHG Army Hotels Fort Jackson

This hotel feels like a second home. Probably due to the fact I've stayed here so many times because of school. Customer service is on point. Any issues you may have with your room, they fix them immediately. Thank you for your excellent service to the Soldiers!Rooms: 5/5

Rooms and bathrooms are dated. The beds are horrible. I gave service 4 stars for their friendliness, but know they only service the room once a week. The front desk will supply you with new towels. The location is the reason to stay there. It is on base, and that alone is worth it. They do have a morning breakfast. Did not know until 3rd night they offer a supper also.

Room was very nice for the price. Small kitchen with a fridge, Keurig, 2 burner stove, dishes, pots and pans and a small sink to use. Set up like a small single bedroom with vaulted ceilings in the living room area and a nice big screen TV.Rooms: 5/5

Love staying on the base ! having a kitchenette is huge bonus. We have stayed at several locations on the base . I will say the mattresses are more comfortable at candlewood , and there was some dirty dishes left in our room this past time , but it was promptly taken care of. The staff at the front desk hands down is the best !!!Rooms: 4/5

My room had not been cleaned, there was personal property left in the room of another guest, I forgot my phone charger and house keeping did not recover it...smh,Rooms: 2/5

Dan was amazing! Very reasonably priced, clean. We went to our room and the people in the next room were partying. We came back down and he immediately addressed the problem and gave us a different room. He was very friendly and it was obvious he wanted us to be comfortable and happy. If in the area, we'll definitely stay here!Rooms: 4/5

Will be visiting for my daughter's graduation. Decided to stay there because of Chris at the front desk. His patience, friendliness and extensive knowledge of the hotel and surroundings made it easy for me to decide on staying there. There's four different hotels and I believe they're all under the IHG group. Thanks again Chris.

Location was very convenient. I did not have to travel far for anything. I was able to eat a good breakfast every morning. Room were good. To improve the up keep of the room, I would say to clean the ceiling fans more often. When they are turned on the dirt that you can't see is in the air to breathe. Other than that great service and it was a pleasant stay.

Room was clean, staff was extremely friendly. Ashlee brought me towels after I forgot to get them from the front desk. She remained a sweetheart from the moment I arrived. All the staff were nice really. Definitely a chill atmosphere. Would totally recommend staying here.Rooms: 4/5
