IHOP

I would have to say that if I had to choose in between Denny's and IHOP I would definitely go with IHOP. It's not the greatest food in the world but they have awesome syrup. Who wants fruit pancakes with maple syrup? No one! Get with the times Denny's! Usually the food at IHOP is pretty decent, the service is pretty decent as well. If it's 2 a.m. and I want pancakes IHOP is the way to go

I have been to this location multiple times and never have I ever been greeted properly or assigned a table within 5-10 minuets. We saw our food sitting on the kitchen counter for about ten minutes while the server took her sweet time grabbing them. She wasn’t helping other customers as we and another couple behind us were the sole customers. I can’t complain about the food, but I’ve had better days at IHOP. Servers are not enthusiastic at all. They made me feel like I’m serving them.

I’ve been here twice in as many weeks and both times the service and food was spot on. They weren’t very busy I think due to the construction mess but I think it’s worth the headache getting in here. IHOP in Wichita is a great place or should I now call it IHOB due to the upcoming name change? 🤔

It started off not too bad we got seated got our drinks and food ordered. After that it went down hill. We had tables who sat down and ordered after us who got our food. We were able to see the window where food was being placed and we saw our order. After ten or so minutes of us noticing our food in the window we asked for a manager. When the manager walked over and we explained what was going on we started getting our food. We already told the manager we were ready to leave since it was over 40 minutes and we still had yet to receive our food. We were out of coffee for over 15 minutes and our server never came and saw us between the time we ordered and spoke to the manager. Our server did have time to go outside and smoke. We saw her come back in after she went outside If you went better and faster service just go to McDonalds a few doors down. At least there you’re guaranteed food that’s hot.

Service and cleanliness were top notch. Had the all you can eat pancakes for 3.99 and the five that came were more than I could eat. Really good, and the waiter suggested a to go box. Never would have thought those pancakes would be acceptable the next morning, but they were pretty good warmed over.
