IHOP

I loved eating at this location. Our server was great & the food was very good. The place was packed but out food was served promptly. The only negative I can say about this location is the Hostess had a sourpuss attitude. She was clearly not a happy employee & since she is the first person customers encounter, it does not bode well. But the Server made up for her. And the short order cooks do not receive the recognition they deserve since they literally unnoticed by the customers. But I wanted to include my appreciation of them on this review. Features: No COVID 19 restrictions at this location.

4am at IHOP for breakfast in the heights. I figured at this time of the hour, it would be pretty laid back! But I was wrong, the servers were goofing around, 10/10 when you're goofing around someone is going to mess up the order. I ordered a BBQ style sandwich, even on the menu it's no beef on the sandwich, but my server brought me out a BBQ style sandwich with beef! Then you never want them to remake your food, they do all kinds of crazy things to your food! Highly upset at this point, with the service!

The waitress was very friendly and was very receptive of some changes we wanted made to our order. The service was fast and the food came out hot and delicious as you would expect from IHOP. The prices have maintained steady. On a Monday morning this location was not busy at all, plenty of parking and the interior was clean.

We went in to see only 2 waiters, both were slammed with 7-8 tables each. No busboy in sight and no Manager on the floor. Our waiter did a great job and it was a bit slow trying to get everything done right. HE DID GREAT!! Sorry I didn't get his name. Parking: Great parking lot!

Terrible customer service. Very judgemental staff, unorganized, and unclean store. The older staff can't teach the younger staff. And leaving them alone they create all kinds of error. Greeting the paler patrons, giving them smiles, not writing our orders down. Big dude couldn't give a sister a how are you and a big greeting, but the white patrons he did. Overworked management couldn't give any credit on that issue when I requested it and therefore, I don't recommend eating at this place ever again.

Visited 4-23-21 Food was tasty and hot, ice tea was way to sweet. No social distancing for table seating. Service could of been better from kitchen server did the best she could.

I visited this Ihop at 4am. It took 20 minutes to be seated. There were 4 other guest my party of 3 and 8-10 work staff. My burger and fries were cold to the level of me feeling like they were prepared for another guest that changed their mind or left over from a previous rush. My brother order the grits.... they did not move in the bowl and were smothered in butter. My wifes chicken tenders definitely had been refried multiple times to the point they couldn't be pierced with a fork.... We waited on the foolishness brought to our table for 30 min.This is by far the worst Ihop i have ever been to... to cap it of 1 of the servers was arguing with a customer because she was tired after working a 12 hour shift. There definitely should be a 0 star. Total ball drop to the end of a perfect night. STAY AWAY

I have lived in this neighborhood for two years. I have never once been in here when there aren't "staffing problems." The restrooms are disgusting and smell like poo. Normally the food is either wrong, cold, burnt, or all. The poor staff are always clearly stressed out of their minds busy. And the building is falling to pieces.
