IHOP

I'm not expecting this restaurant to be gourmet but I feel like the International House Of Pancakes brand has declined over the years. This location felt a bit drabby and dated. The food was COMPLETELY saltless, something I didn't expect. The eggs had a weird consistency possible from too much cheese. The fruit wasn't as fresh as I would have hoped. The hot chocolate was decent and my server was nice, although I ordered a simple $6.99 two egg platter abs ended up with a $19 bill. She never offered to replace the food which I didn't touch after one bite, but luckily her manager did after asking me how I liked everything upon checkout. My server should have been more observant. She was still nice at least.

I really enjoyed the new menu with the salmon, wild rice and green beans. The coffee was on point too. I ate the plate so, I didn't get any pictures but, I did get some of the crepes very good! I also, had a good waitress. Very nice and I didn't have to sit with dirty plates long at all. Thank you Racaria!

Visiting from the Midwest… We have eaten in many IHOP restaurants across the states and this was the Best Service I have ever had for this food chain. Today, Our waiterAntonino/Nano was welcoming, prompt and accommodating. Our food was cooked to perfection, so Big Ups for the Chef. This experience was very appreciated and I would like to thank them for making our visiting experience great.

I'm not sure if this is the worst ihop in the area but so far I'm reviewing as 2 stars. There's always an issue at this place which is why this is the 3rd and final time I'll come by. I just stopped by after work super hungry and noticed they close at 1am, I got there at 12:30am exactly and planned on ordering something to go. As soon as I reached for a menu the guy at the take out stand said they're not taking any more orders. Rejecting a customer 30mins before close for a take out order or even if they'd like to grab a quick bite tells me they don't want business and they're hours of operation is all wrong. On a Friday night if they advertised actually being open late night they would make more money againt the drive thru taco place just a block away that always has a line around it's building. But I guess this location doesn't want to make money. Visit at your own risk

I had the lemon ricotta with blueberries pancake, and tasted NOTHING like lemon ricotta. It was just regular pancakes with some blueberries and vanilla-like icing on top. I was disappointed. The hamburger was good though.

Food was just ok. Hash browns were a bit tough. First time I've seen an omelet with the meats on top instead of mixed in.Food: 3/5

Great food...place was very cold even as cold as outside. We were first customers coming from airport at about 6am. Once the coffee was poured!!! Its was not an issue. I ordered a omelette and it was delicious. The other breakfast oders were great as well. Will definitely visit again when I'm in Smyrna.

Not sure why this place has bad reviews. When we came, it was busy but the staff was friendly and the service was great! Our server, Gary was especially exceptional & really stayed on top of things! I will definitely stop by if I’m in the area again!

I was at staple in American restaurant and this IHOP exceeded that expectations. The waiting staff was phenomenal the food was what I expected of IHOP consistent breakfast food can't really go wrong. It's not a steakhouse it's good food quick with good service and I would suggest you bring your family cuz the great staff they're going to take care of you

Came in with wife today at about 12:15pm Good Friday, April 19, 2019. Long line out front, had to wait about 20 minutes to be seated; turns out once we got inside there were plenty of empty tables !. Strike one. Server Laura G according to the receipt was not rude, but she was curt and acted like she was in a rush, though the place wasn't even half full. She came to table, took or order in a rush, then took about 5 minutes to bring water and coffee. I order the smokehouse breakfast which is smoked sausage, 2 eggs, hashbrowns and pancakes. Wife ordered the Philly burger with onion rings. The food was very good, so that was a relief. We kept having to wait for the server, and even when we asked for a to go box and the receipt she dropped the box off without the check. Wife had to go ask for it. We did receive a 20% military discount so that was nice. Place was clean. I would like to give at least a 4 star but with long wait for no reason and weird service have to give a 3 star. Again, food was good!
