Steak ’n Shake

It's been a couple of years since I last came to a steak n shake due to a multiple bad experiences with another location that has since shut down thank goodness. Came here to eat with some friends. Food taste wise. it taste pretty good and about what I remembered from back in the day. Order was pretty quick. Food menu wise. it has been cut back, and made more simplified. Gone are some of the more speciality burgers I've enjoyed in the past, and even with the milkshake options have been narrowed down. I wasn't a fan of the milkshake i did receive. Service wise, we have now lost the dine in experience as was nice back in the day. It makes this place just more boring, and just the feeling of a fast food joint, which makes it loose some of it's luster from the past. Gone is the interaction with people, and now just a screen to order and wait for your number to be called. The employee that did call our number was kind. I unfortunately forgot to get her name to give her proper credit. Overall, the food was fine, but the experience is no longer there. My friends, and I will not be dining out to Steak 'n Shakes anymore due to loosing that people experience.

They literally trying to take someone out with all the butter they put on this burger. It was so much I had to scoop some off and the young girl at the cash register act like she couldn't hand the order to the customer. If you don't want to reach and receive the cash/card then maybe working at drive-thru isn't for you. Have a good day and y'all stay blessed!

I have not ate at a Steak n Shake in at least years. The table service model was always terrible, service was poor, speed was poor etc. I was not necessarily thrilled with going there today, but someone else suggested it. I was blown away by my experience. I was glad to see they have moved away from table service to ordering at a kiosk. It was easy to use and my food arrived very quickly. The garlic steakburger I ordered was perfection and was so delicious as were the fries. The restaurant was very clean as was the bathroom. I have already told friends at dinner tonight about my experience and their reaction was like my original oh S&S is terrible, but I told them about my great experience. I am moving to the neighborhood and I can assure you I'll be back very soon.

Steak and Shake’s vary quite a bit in terms of consistency of service and freshness of your order. This particular location stands out as having consistently good service and service hot off the griddle burgers and fry’s right out of the fryer. Steak and Shake fries are not nearly as good once they cool down a bit and this location on 3 separate occasions has served hot fries thru the drive thru. My experience with the service has been consistently friendly and good.

These employees go above and beyond for service. The best Steak ‘n Shake in the country. They are so friendly, fast, and food is great. I heard the cheese dispenser was broken for a month but they still manually poured the cheese sauce for me. They all deserve a raise and upmost respect.

Something about going to a window to receive food and just wanting a friendly person to serve you. a smile reassures me that my food was made in love. It was extremely greasy. Fries were few...But the shakes were great.Food: 3/5

The drive thru employee was rude never spoke one word to me. My onion rings were supposed to be large but it was half empty would've asked for more but was trying to get to the Cobb Energy centre for an event.

Have I ever written a review for fast food? No. You get what you get, it’s fast food. But I had to write this because I had some great customer service today. The drive through was broken, and they were directing everyone inside. Well this happened to be the time my dumb a** didn’t wear shoes. I pull up to the window and they are like “you have to come inside” and I explained the situation. Shania I hope I spelled her name right was so kind, ran my order for me anyway and I left a happy customer when I thought I was going home empty handed. Thank you for going above and beyond for me.

I should have followed my own advice and forgo a 3 star restaurant. This Steak’n Shake has gone to 2 stars. The burger taste like 8 hrs old

The best burgers on the planet. I just love their tiny shoestring fries they keep craving for more while satisfying you at the same time. Some of the best employees in the industry. They're milkshakes are phenomenal.Food: 5/5
