IHOP

The waitress was nice. I brought my son there for his birthday, we were disappointed to learn that they were no longer doing the birthday song with ice cream. This was the only place he was looking forward to coming for his birthday

I got a steak omelet and side sausage. Service was slow to be seated. Food was alright. Paid the bill with a 20$. Bill came out to 15.29$ and recieved 4$ back. I was going to give a tip of three dollars but since she shorted me I left 2$ . Since she decided to keep the .71$. So all in all poor experience.

I waited an hour for a online order. The excuse was that they were short staffed. As I waited I over heard a server complaining about her pay and the customers with another customer. The manager and her staff does not have the training to operate the high demand of this location. To add to that issue mask are not required.

This was THE BEST IHOP I have ever been to. The staff was excellent and friendly, the place was very clean.
