Rally's

My chicken sandwich was undercooked and raw in the middle. The cashier gave me a $2 bill in place of a $20 bill, but quickly fixed it when brought to her attention. Both incidents the cashier thought it was funny.

Clean floors, counters and outside sitting area. Nice, pleasant staff, very quiet. When the receipt showed that the coupon wasn't applied the manger was quick to fix the mistake. Ordered extra pickles on chicken sandwiches but wasn't a pickle on any of the three ordered. No napkins or forks.

Usually the food is good but at least 2 occasions it has been super salty. We were unable to eat our food because it the meat was extremely salty. Customer service is average most of the time.

I usually like Rally's, but this place ignored us for quite a long time at the walk-up window only to tell us the system was down. Heaven forbid someone might have to actually add something up without a computer!

This is the one that is always great staff. Super polite

Fries were really good and the rally burger with cheese was very tasty for a fast food burger. The drive thru line was busy but we went through quickly. Rally's did very well today.

Food was fresh and staff are honest because I pulled off without my credit card and they flagged me down to return it to me.
