Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Waited on hour in line for food only to get to the window to tell myself and several other cars that there is no chicken or tenders but employees are eating chicken in the dining room. Will never visit this Popeyes ever again. Completely unprofessional.

The girl who took our order was rude once we got to the window of the drive thru.. once we were at the window she made a face as if we, the customers, were bothering her. But at least our order did come to us correct and it was still hot. You usually only get one of the two.. food that tastes as good as it can or something cooked.

I don't know if Popeyes is understaffed, but every time I go the line is out to the street. On the other hand, the good thing about going to Popeyes, the food is usually hot. With the food being hot, the situation sort of outweighs the wait. I'm satisfied with my visits

The service was really good. The line was long and moved quickly. My order was right and the food was hot.

Did not smell good. Entryway smelled like rotten milk. Customer service was minimal. Not one employye looked happy

Popeyes drive through line always so long. However, my food is always hot and fresh. And I fell in love with the strawberry lemonade but the machine always out of order.

I mean I love Popeyes chicken but the service mostly leaves something to be desired... Though I will admit it wasn't bad this time...
