Staff was really friendly, it took a little longer for my friend and I to get seated and then waited on but when we did our food was out to us hot and ready after a couple mins. The food was absolutely delicious and well worth the extra time it took, I would definitely go again when I'm in the area.
Food was good but maybe there was an employee shortage or something but the service suffered as a result. Staff was relatively nice but the place looked like it needed some love.
Service was slow. My server acted like she had an attitude. The food was good when I finally got it however it wasn't placed in front of me. My lipstick stained coffee cup was slammed down on the table away from me before my food was served. When I finally got my servers attention to ask for another cup she rolled her eyes and took her time bringing me another cup. While waiting for my food, another guest was getting loud with different server about her service and attitude. The manager eventually took care of that issue but you could hear her loudly from the back of the restaurant because had to speak over the servers loud mouth tell the server to not get into it with guests and to come get her. Overall it was unwelcoming and uncomfortable. I'd never experienced this at this location before.
Don't waste your time. They had one poor waitress/supervisor running around taking the entire restaurants orders and checking in. No one from the kitchen was running food out. Two managers showed up and just stood around watching. Took 45 for breakfast food that's ridiculous. Go to the one on the main ice better service and better staffed
October 2019: huge location, good food, free parking, okay service, mostly new people. We tried the Halloween specials and they were pretty good. Food looked and tested great. Furniture could use some care. My seat cushions were almost non existent and I felt like sitting on the base frame. Since the staff and the chef were new, there were some minor errors with the new items on the menu, but they were able to fix it immediately. Will definitely be back.
The staff were great and very helpful to customers needs. Besides that,what is that nasty smell when you first walk in? You can only smell this nasty smell at the front lobby by the front door. It smells like a bathroom. I don't know how the staff don't notice that smell when they walk in the front door to start working.
Ordered steak and eggs and had the worst food poisoning of my life. Terrible night avoid this place at all cost. Basic food safety is the minimum a restaurant can do and they failed big time. Never ever giving them business again.
Customer service is horrible; timing is horrible; not clean; Chicken tenders taste to dry. The chicken tastes like plasticine. I would never go again. I hope they don’t anyone else like that. The manager was great though!
Decided to dine in because the prior week my food was delivered and I almost thought I was being pranked the food was so off. But maybe this was why, soon as we were walking in there was a family walking out. The smell was so bad, idk what exactly got flooded but something did. This was my third attempt to eat here. It was clean. Our waitress very unprofessional the staff walks around looking angry. Very long wait for the food. However they are under new management The new manager was sweet. May try again. My husband liked his food. I lost my appetite.
