Had almost zero water pressure on sat june 2 about noon tried several numbers to get ahold of them all went to voice mail or voice mail was full. Absolutely unacceptable service no wonder people want to buy you out even the damn government can provide a number for service Problems. Your system is a joke nice to have a monopoly so you can just be available mon thru Friday!!!!! I guess we will just not shower or water plants all weekend. Great service!

Worst customer service in the world, 3rd world countries receive better service!!! I've logged over 4 hours of calls in the last month still without talking to someone from the company! Guess it's time to organize a protest!!!

Worst customer service ever. Deliberate obstacles to being able to talk with anyone in the office by phone. Now, I'm convinced the City should buy this Company. With the City involved, at least there would be a mentality of access to users.

Working on a water valve in the street and shut off my water. No notice. Three days ago! Please answer your phone! I'm not getting access to the water I'm paying for! And the access fee is the most expensive portion of the bill.
