I absolutely love Central Illinois Title. They are always fast, and very cost effective. Closings go smoothly and the staff is incredibly friendly.

I used this title company when I bought a property in 2010 and now I found out the property has back taxes on it. I called the title company at least a half a dozen times. Each time I was promised they will take care of this. Now several months later, they still haven't done a thing. When I called again, now they can't even find document on the property despite the fact that the deed has the company name stamped on it. This is infuriating. I am contacting attorney general office soon.

Fantastic experience. Everyone present in the office was friendly and professional, even @ 4PM on a Friday! Our agent, Jennifer, was a joy. She took the time to explain concepts and make certain all questions were asked and answered. She was thoroughly engaged and engaging!
