I purchased a considerable quantity of stone for a commercial project here recently. When telling the employee what I needed, she suggested an alternate product that she said would work better for what the product was being used for. I was encouraged to get extra stone because I could "always return anything that wasn't used." When the product was picked up, the recommended product was completely wrong and had to be returned for what I was originally going to get. I was charged a considerable restocking fee (almost 10% of the total order). When IBC was called about this, they were very rude and said "it states there may be a restocking fee on your paperwork, therefore we do not feel the need to tell you this when you order. You must not know how to read." Unbelievable. From one business to another, that is not how you do business.
