Absolute worst customer care I have ever experienced in my life! The first I have heard of that an Operations Manager doesn't take customer calls. In fact, no one other than the customer care agents takes customer calls. The agent can send them a message and let you know the response but under no circumstances will the Manager personally communicate with an individual.

Horrible! Why are they even open. Aqua Illinois needs to be bought out by some1 more professional. Went and purchased a money order cause they don't take cash or debit only to find out they don't take payments there period. Went to pawn shop Walmart and currency exchange who all say they can't pay with money order. So now am stuck on Friday with a money order nowhere to cash the damn thing. Had to spend gas driving everywhere trying to find options to pay it n now no1 to cash the money order cause it says aqua Illinois on it. Also have to 8 year olds at the house a sick girlfriend who's just gotten over leukemia and now battling graft vs host from a bone marrow transplant. Now they will be waiting all weekend n half of next week for money order to get there thru the mail. What a complete horrible experience. And this is not even mentioning last fall of getting a 900 dollar bill from them stating their meter has been broke for 2 years inside my house. then had the nerve to give me 10 whole days to to pay that off. Which ended up being disconnected for 2 months.

Horrible you can't pay it the day it's due at the bank send it through the mail. tack on late bill so your behind total B.S.
