Joe and Kevin were amazing! Joe was able to schedule a training to fit our last minute emergency. Kevin was extremely knowledgeable, he taught us more than I have ever learned from a CPR and First Aid training. I believe that the fact that these guys are paramedic and firefighters gives them the tools to teach about emergencies - not just what to do technically but also emotionally. The one biggest take away for our group from Kevin was to remind ourselves that calm minds help us make good, accurate decisions. We all feel that we have the skills we need to be able to handle an emergency situation. Thanks guys!

My instructor Joe Witz was very kind, knowledgeable and professional. The class was a good combination of both video and hands on learning. Overall it was a really comfortable environment and I definitely recommend this location to anyone else who has minimal to no experience with CPR.

Joe was awesome! He was to the point and did not waste time. He used a code simulator with a tablet and I thought that was so cool. I will definitely be taking more classes with Illinois Safety!

The instructor did a great job at explaining topics plainly so that they are easier to understand/grasp. He kept the class interesting and exciting. At the end I felt confident to take my test.

The class was very good. I got to refresh what I learned from the last CPR class and learn a few new things. The instructor was very good.
