Illinois Fire & Safety Company

Have been using this company for years for my office. Service has been average...sometimes takes weeks before they will come for the annual service of my extinguishers. Some of the service reps will have a cigarette and smell like smoke before they would come in the office. Unprofessional and bad for my patients. Called the company and complained....all I received was "I'm sorry" and no change. Opened up a second location and called them to service my extinguishers. The service tech just shows up one day (about a month after I initially called) when I wasn't in the office. He left a note saying he missed me. I called the company....they said there was no charge for that day. Didn't set up another time and told the woman to contact me on my cell when they could reschedule. They show up about 2 weeks later...leaves a note again...and claims that they supposedly received confirmation from one of my staff members for the appointment even though we don't have office hours that day. I mentioned to the woman that I was supposed to get the call....not my office. She said, very rudely, too bad and charged me for the service trip. Needless to say I found another company who was more service oriented. Came out quickly and at a designated time (and didn't smell of cigarettes). Severed ties doing business with this company.

I have used and recommend Illinois Fire & Safety to several Company have been very satisfied with there service. They are very professional and Customer service was excellent and the pricing is as average as any other company out there. If I had to say why use this company then other it would be there flexibility and there uncanny ability to know what there customer needs
