Sandy was awesome she was so patient and sweet. I love the fact that she didn’t rush through my pedicure she made sure my nails came out perfect. Thank you so much Sandy you’re great !

So I stopped here to have a dip powder before my weekend getaway. During my trip the nail on my pointy finger started to rise up. By the time I made it back my nails were hurting and it came off. I went back to image nails who claimed that maybe I hit something. I told them I didn’t besides I’m used to getting dip powder and nothing like this has ever happened! They re do that nail and afterwards charged me $5.00 which I feel I shouldn’t had to pay. The lady in chair #6 and the manager were very rude! Been going for a few months. Work was getting sloppier and sloppier. Was still giving them a chance. Yesterday was my last straw. I came yesterday for a pedicure, which was done in a hurry by Nina. Told her I would come back after work for a full set. I get there, wait 20 minutes only for them to tell me to come back when they open today at 9am & Nina will do them then. I get there at 8:58am and they tell me she is doing someone else’s nails already. I will have to wait an hour. Why have me drive all the way there again! This is my third time driving out there unsatisfied. Will be finding a nail shop with better customer service closer to my side of town.

This nail salon is so ratchet…good service can be inconsistent from your person. I understand that you may have to try a couple nail techs to find the person for you, but it’s just not worth the money. Lazy associates…. Just… ****booth #15 is jealous of pretty girls***

Looks can be deceiving!!!! These nails looked so good I paid $65 3D/Powder/Long/Diamonds...then got my feet done which equaled $100 now! FAST FORWARD...mind you I was just there less then a week ago...I got my nails redone yesterday at my old shop...why you say? 5-6 nails broke ‍ First hour leaving shop diamonds fell off I called yes you come back tomorrow obviously I didn’t make it back entirely to busy. By time I went to go back in on Fri 5-6 nails had broken starting from day 2. Smh ‍ Then at that point It was like they will not help me cuz I didn’t go that day and I just want the nails to stay on not break everything thing you touch one breaks that was a big waste of money I didn’t have to waste at this time and it was my first set since this pandemic like I’m so disappointed.

Personally I have never had a bad experience in the 5 years that I have gone there. The nail lady's are always nice and polite, and they make sure I am always comfortable. There's a couple women who do an exceptional job every time I go get my acrylic nails done. My pedicures are always spot on and last a month with shellac. The waxing is mostly painless most of the time, and overall always great service.Services: Manicure

Stopped by to get a mani and pedi here because I was in the area. The staff is really nice. Prices are higher than what I normally pay at my local nail shop. They were friendly and I liked the outcome of my nails and toes.
