Im ALL about customer service especially in the profesión I am in and I really never leave reviews but I’m really upset. When I walked in…. I felt a bad vibe and didn’t feel welcome at all. Went in for a refill and the guy cut me twice which seemed on purpose, asked to fix my pinky because it looked crooked, didn’t fix and didn’t even fill all way. There are a few young girls that are sweet but honestly it’s not worth it. I Kept going back because I live around the Corner but I’d rather take my business elsewhere from now on.

If I could give this place a zero stars, I would. They are not professional. I asked for something so simple, nude base and white tip but was impossible for them to do it right. The lady that shaped my big toe did it swice and still did not get it right.I will never get my nails done here. Pictures were taken 2 days after because they got swollen. My feet never get this swollen. I do not trust this place anymore and will not recommend.

BE AWARE!! I visited this salon last Saturday for a pedi and manicure. The two male nail techs took care of me, one on my feet and the other my hands. The foot tech was super rough on my left foot and ended up cutting my heel. I didn't notice till I got home and have been in alot of pain, doctoring it all week. I'm worried on getting a infection. The venue needs to educate on safety procedures.

A no frills nail shop. No small talk, no fancy polish colors, chairs or services. Not super clean, and the products used aren't out the package like other places I travel with my own. Shellac $33. My nail tech Mimi said 3 words to me. I'm cool with that because I dislike chit-chat, but if you're a talker you may rethink visiting here. ** I only know her name because she said it to someone over the phone. **

I had 2 ladies doing my feet/hands. The one that did my feet was amazing. But the one that had done my hands she was like in a hurry even tho there were no costumers, it was very painful and some of my bails bleed, they don't look shiny, she didn't even took my cuticle right, even tho I asked her 3 times. It was that painful that I just wanted tu get off of there.

Most painful experience ever. When I was getting my pedicure the guy nicked my toe and it hasn’t stopped bleeding..even with the little medicine drops he put on it. Along with that the nail tech put the acrylic so far back into my cuticle and side walls of my nail that it hurt when she was prying her nail to separate my skin and the acrylic. The result nails look fine but it hurt too much to go back.

This place sucks big time , the lady that did my pedicure was amazing , but the guy who did my manicure he was eating had a mouth full and was on his phone all the time he kept walking away just to text very unprofessional his job suck a manicure suppose to look nice but mines looks shity , he didn’t even put the in light on to dry he just thank you and got up and left first time here and for sure my last time I waited for 1 hour and a half .........

I’m very disappointed, after coming here for several years from Katy First time getting cuts on two of my fingers! Something that I’m always been so afraid ofAnd when I let him know Benson he was like...yeah I cut you! He didn’t apologize or apply any medicine, he just said you will be surprise! I really don’t know what he meant! But I know that know he didn’t even care! I don’t know the reason why this past times I have been coming here with him He Does Not Care About his Customers! He has been doing a Sloppy Job Lately! He does not show any interest in doing a good Job! Maybe he needs to find another one! He looks so unhappy! Last time I’ll be expending my money here! I really don’t recommend this guy anymore!

Never again. The lady on my nails was very rough and in a hurry. She didn’t even get the extra acrylic from under my nails. The lady on my toes cut me but her work is decent. Back to the medical center I go!! Sorry not sorry do better folksServicesAcrylic nails, Pedicure
