Imagination Station Childcare

I give the teachers especially the full time, morning teachers five stars. They’re very good with children. However the building itself could use repairs after flood damage and the coordinator Sheri needs to learn how to listen and talk to concerned parents. She was very rude and beyond unprofessional when approached with simple concerns and questions. If she cannot listen to anything parents have to say or answer questions while keeping a professional tone and demeanor and show some kind of empathy instead of anger then she should have someone else speak to parents. Children are people’s number one priority so there will be concerns & questions from many if not ALL parents. Everyone should be treated with an equal amount of respect regardless of day she’s having. Hopefully she reads this review and can conduct herself in a professional manner from now on for the sake of current and future parents because it’s unacceptable.

We went to open house when Imagination Station Childcare first opened. My kids have been there since. We love it! The teachers and director are so approachable and really listen to any concerns and questions you have. I completely trust them with my children! They don't sit the kids infront of a TV all day like other daycares. They really teach the kids, which makes a huge difference come kindergarden time. Being family oriented is also so important to us. They provide take home artwork, newsletters, and invite parents to special events at the center. We always feel welcomed and never feel rushed in or out. I would recommend Imagination Station to anyone!
