Rocking Horse Early Learning Center

My daughter started in the Wobbler Room and with the loving care and attention, was completely tear-free by week two. Her transition to the Toddler Room was smooth and now my LO in happier than ever. She is now on a consistent sleeping schedule (even puts herself down for naps on the weekends), wears shoes happily, has a healthy appetite, and most of all, is smiling any playing when I pick her up. I love the Center's use of electronic interface to share the day's events so I know exactly what's going on at all times without calling. I receive photos of my daughter playing and smiling throughout the week. And every staff member has been more than helpful and caring about my daughter and the needs of our family. I am so grateful to have found Rocking Horse!!!

It is extremely hard to find a daycare that you can trust. I am so thankful and lucky to have found such amazing daycare. I am able to view my daughter throughout the day to ensure her safety. My daughter and I absolutely adore Rocking Horse Early Learning Center. She is always smiling and laughing when I pick her up & what mother wouldn't want to see that? When I first started looking for a center, I was looking for someone that was a mother figure and someone who could recognize the needs of my daughter. When I leave my daughter at the center, I feel like she is being left with family.

I was very apprehensive about the move from the infant room into the 1 year old room. I switched from another daycare in the area because when I voiced concerns I felt like they were met with defensiveness and condescension. When issues have arisen here, I always feel like I am treated with respect, and anything that can be done to meet my child's individual needs is done. My daughter has thrived in the 1 year old room here, and absolutely loves her teacher! I feel 100% confident leaving my daughter with Ms Ann every day!

I enrolled my son at the Rocking Horse Early Learning Center in mid-summer of this year, and he has done wonderfully. Comparing the Rocking Horse to the previous two daycares my son has been placed at is a hands-down, no-contest victory for this daycare. The teachers are polite, patient, very informative, and they all truly show a sincere effort in wanting to help and teach your child (one-on-one) about daily life skills, behavior, learning, sharing, and everything that a child needs to know and learn growing up. I feel like my son is safe all day, and he comes home with stories of what he has learned throughout the day. I also love the hands-on activities/crafts that are constantly being done at The Rocking Horse. Everyday, my son anxiously places his artwork on the fridge and tells me about what it means (or what he has learned that day based upon the art). The daycare also always has something fun going on; for example, this week, promoting breast cancer awareness, the kids have been able to dress up differently each day (pajama day, pink sock day, superhero t-shirt day, "wear all the pink you can" day), which is undoubtedly a treat for both the kids and staff alike. Ultimately, I must say I give The Rocking Horse Early Learning Center a 5-star rating amongst all of the other daycare around here and that my son has been involved with. The Rocking Horse is, by far, the most educational and skill-building, hands-on, safest, and most caring and parent-involved daycare I have seen yet. I will HIGHLY recommend you enrolling your child, because not only will he or she learn and expand their minds, but they will have a great time doing it. :)
