Went in for an all over color. the students that did my hair were very nice, however sloppy, I had hair dye all over my face and neck, they gave me some soap to wash it off myself. I needed the color to cover gray, which was mostly successful but my hair is definitely two toned, where gray was covered it is a reddish copper color, the rest is dark brown. The instructor never came over during the service or after the service to see the final results. Overall I left unhappy and will have to go somewhere else to have the color corrected.

Horriable Job wanted blonde on top (High lights) the girl bleached the whole top of my head bujrnt my scalp left bleach on my hair for 4 hours and then the instructor tried to re highlight it with dark and made it look like a zebra with brown streaks and lines i had to leave pay them and then go re pay a salon to fix my hair do not go to them for any color or a service the girl told me she couldnt wax so i skipped that service. Later that week the admissions did refund me my money however the experiance has scared me for life...

After my initial visit I was very upset. But after being contacted by Paul Mitchell's representatives, I am happy to say that everything has been worked out, I'm very happy with the services I received today, I am very grateful for Elicia, Kaitlyn, and Tiffany. They went above and beyond to correct a mistake and to make me happy. I will recommend these people in that place any day

I made an appointment over the phone yesterday for a coloring appointment at 4:45 for today. Well I guess the front desk lost my appointment because when I got there, they couldn't find me in their system. All I got was an "I'm sorry but there's nothing we can do!" So I won't be back since they can't seem to correctly schedule appointments. I took off early from work in order to make this appointment!
