I Love It Here! I absolutely love my apartment in the trees, up high, safe, and beautiful. I love the big size of it compared to its price. You can't find this size apartment anywhere around here that you can actually afford. I would love to see the buildings painted, and maybe a different color, and I would love my neighbors to be a bit quieter but what really stands out, though, is the landlord. She is the best one I have ever had and I have lived in many places. She listens, acts quickly, and gets things done. I appreciate her so much. If I could buy my apartment I probably would. I don't plan to leave here for a long time. If ever.

The apartments here are tucked away nicely without being too far from freeway access. Quiet neighborhood and the views from the porches are lovely. Clean parking lots with trails nearby, and the manager Brea is easy to work with.

The manager treats the residence like crap. I can not wait til my lease is up and can get out of here. They also raise your rent every time your lease is up. This is how they show their appreciation for continuing residency? Also completely overpriced. The apartments aren't very nice, the plumbing sucks, things fall apart easily, the shared washer and dryer sucks, and there are pretty much no amenities aside from the shared laundry area. Not worth it at all. I don't recommend this apartment complex at all.

Stay away! Overpriced units in an area full of crime.
