2222 Apartments

I wanted to express my gratitude to Josh, our apartment manager, and the dedicated maintenance team at our apartment complex. We first lived here in 2017-18 with the previous management and they were terrible so we are so happy the management has changed when we moved back in 2022. Its an old appartment that has been upgraded but so there have been issues but whenever the apartment had an issue, Josh informed us right away and tried his best to resolve it. My wife and I were so impressed, so we decided to stay here longer. Thank you for your outstanding service!

I lived here for 2.5 years and it was a great place to live. I rented a studio and it was super basic, but the rent was low, and the amenities were great. The indoor basketball court was so nice to have in the Fall/Winter, I will miss it. Maintenance and management was always quick to respond. The neighborhood has surely gotten worse since I moved in, so I would keep that in mind. The strip club across the street's music is audible on Friday & Saturday nights, even with your windows closed, at least in my apartment which faced Barbur Blvd.

Met with Josh to tour some two bedrooms at 2222 PDX and I have to say I am so impressed. The building was beautiful and very updated. I really like the privacy of the location tucked off a main road, and the openness of the units we toured. Josh was able to answer all of my questions and was overall so helpful and accommodating. I only have great things to say about my experience so far!

I’d never have thought that one apartment could include all my preferences but Spring Gardens made my dream come true. I feel cozy and comfortable in my one-bedroom unit cooking my favorite pasta and enjoying plenty of sunlight. I can also ride my bike to the cinema or shops which are almost within reach. I love this place!
