Construction and property management were unfriendly and rude. Tenants seem to keep to themselves. Great area but I would not recommend renting an apartment here solely on the treatment and Ruby behavior from property Management and maintenance/construction

They insisted that I had to make 2.5 more than the actual rent rent was 925.00 for a one bedroom - extremely high for only 500ft. I told the manager that I made 43,000 last year do the math, yet he still said, “it doesn’t hit our requirements “. Smh, lol.
