Fantastic Class. Sanjay was an excellent teacher providing an educational framework and history that helps you approach cooking. The class was extremely informative and the food came out great. After just one class we now have a base from which to expand into other Indian cuisines. Worth every penny!

This class was fantastic and I have already been able to make the dishes a few times at home! Sanjay teaches you a lot about the history of Indian cuisine, in addition to giving helpful instruction on different tastes and layering your ingredients. Everything we made was delicious!
