Indiana American Water

I dont even live in muncie but i have been trying to price water deposits incase i do n its awfule on hold n hour total today n cant even get through seriously it is not that hard to anwser the dam phone.

I have been trying to get water for a tenant for a month faxed everything they request my cover sheet says it faxed two sheets they continuously state they only received one page attitudes are horrible an i always have to call them they only called once to follow up i believe if there was a competitive company things would change an every time i call in its a extensive wait whats wrong with the water that they arre that busy

Bad customer service! If you make a mistake with your bill and they turn your water off, you must pay the bill plus $40 deposit by 3pm before they will turn your water back on. Do not be 5 minutes late and it doesn't matter to them if it was after 1pm when they shut your water off giving you only 2 hours to get the money to the payment center! If you call them with a reciept number and its after 3pm they will decieve you by saying "someone will be out right away". Their policies are completely unfair to paying customers and since they are a monopoly, you can't just switch companies, so do what I do and publicly condemn this company for their unmoral policies and practices!
