Haven’t had power for 24 hours for zero reason. It’s sunny outside. This company is trash, just like the idea of PUBLIC utilities.

I’ve never had such terrible service from a company. We were renting an apartment and we moved but our lease wasn’t up until December 31, so we had to keep the power on (no one was living there, we were not even using it) we knew we would have some type of bill because of the heat, but they charged us over $200, and we didn’t even pay that when we were living there! I am so happy that we never have to deal with them again and moved away from that area. Talking with customer service was a joke as she tried to give me some generic answer about why we might have seen a bill increase. She said if you have children out of school (we don’t have children), or if you have relatives from out of town (once again, nobody was living there). She also said if we set out thermostat to between 65 and 68 degrees that would cut your energy by 2% (we already did that) yet magically it seemed to double our bill apparently! I am so sorry for anyone that has to deal with this company! I wish they would take these customer complaints seriously! The fact that they have a 1 star rating on google should tell you something!

For some reason bills are much higher and service is horrible. Least can show some empathy. A big monopoly

LIED ABOUT A PROBLEM.
Look at your bill. charges for:
DID THEY ASK IF THEY COULD CHARGE THESE ITEMS EACH MONTH???
1. Monthly service charge?
2. PJM Cost ?
3. Off System Sales Margin Sharing??
4. Energy Efficiency Program Cost ?
5. Clean Coal Rider ?
6. Cook Nuclear Plant Lif Cycle Cost ???
7. Capacity Settlement Rider ??
8.Federal Mandate Rider ?
9. Solar Power Rider ?
10. State Sales Tax

They are the WORST someone please provide different service to this area, everyone would switch over. They are ridiculous and illiterate.
