They refused to order the contacts the day of my eye appointment and told me to come back in 3 days. Then we learned the doctor wrote a script for only one brand of contacts without asking what brand I wanted and the brand he wrote the script for was the only brand I won't buy. I was told I would need to make another appointment to see the doctor to be able to buy contacts even though I had bought other brands from them in the past.
