Highly recommend this Industrial Barre + Ride! The Owners and Coaches are fantastic and friendly. Individual attention, form and fun all in one place. Great COVID practices in place. And I always leave with a smile on my face because I’m glad I’m done challenging in all the right ways and SO happy I went.

I've never been a fan of gyms or classes, but I love this place. Classes are short and offered at good times, instructors are great and balance motivation with time to just work. I have only done the ride classes, but I hear the Barre classes are stellar too.

First timers should probably just watch a class first to see if the space, class tempo, music, and overall experience is to their liking.
