My boss pre paid for material and was ordered on a Thursday morning and they said it would be ready by 10 AM on Monday. They didn't even start on it until I arrived and took over a hour now my boss thinks I'm slacking and had words with me, THANKS

I can only speak as a DIY/hobbyist, however definitely go here for your metal not home improvement stores. They have remnant piles as well as standard sizes. All the metal you could want at a reasonable price.
A metals supply warehouse, but with a good selection of larger-gauge remnants and scrap, aisles of sheet-metal and cast-iron trinkets and decorations, and barn-door and gate/fence parts.
Great prices and selection. Large back stock of anything you need. I especially love the remnant section where I can find small pieces for side projects. The Friendly staff and well organized floor make for an enjoyable errand every time I stop in
Service is always great, and they have what we need.
Very disappointed. Was given a promissory time and called before loading up the trailer and driving down. They advised when I called to verify, that yes it would be ready for pick up. 3 plus hours later than the promissory time and I don’t have my order. Will not be returning sadly.
