Like everyone else said, the business practice of REQUIRING personal info just to know their prices is absurd. Nice folks on the phone extra star for them but their business practice cost them a sale today and in the future. Evolve or die in business.
Terrible customers svc. Wanted a quote and had to give so much information to get it, then once I got the quote the pricing was way higher than Industrial Metals. Beware!
wouldn't let me ask a question until l I provided all my contact info, After I provided all my info, about 6 questions... i was told they don't carry steel tubing.. waste of time and poor customer service.
If I could give a ZERO rating I would. I called them a couple of months ago and couldn't help me. They ask too many tedious questions when I just wanted a quote.
