I must say I love this store dispute the fact blacks get followed around by the staff and it's never hidden. But, God is my witness and, I never plan to steal from any of your stores. As God has blessed and wonderful made me. I have no need to steal from you.

Opens at 7a.m. and is very convenient. Only reason why I rate this place 3 stars ⭐⭐⭐ is because of their seafood cooler. I bought some Byrd canned premium crab meat and it was spoiled and past expiration date and staff employees shouldn't have missed that

Tracy and Mallorie are the most helpful ones there. I come in weekly (Wednesdays it Thursdays) to do Western Union. I don’t know how many times I’ve been turned down by the bald man and the other young manager. They always say “it’s down”. Anytime I come in and Tracy or Mallorie are there they eager to help me. Theybalways help me send the confirmation number and they have smiles while doing It!! Something needs to be done about the other two lying managers! Up hand needs to be involved. I eventually call corporate on this store. Other than this issue I absolutely love the Mauldin Ingles! Great grocery section!!

Let's be real here, Ingles and many other grocers want you to get a free membership card to shop with them. If you don't have one they won't offer it to you here. The cashier even told me she can't use her own to help me. Several minutes of back and forth to see if my number was in the system and she not once offered me a card. Instead I was going to have to pay the "walk in" price that us non members pay. I told her I was going to walk out without my stuff if she didn't mark it down or swipe her card. Luckily a customer offered me hers so I could get the prices that were reasonable. How about skipping the cards and doing like Wal-Mart does? What a waste of my time.
