Whole Foods Market

We shop here for all our main groceries, every two weeks, and we love it!! Everyone I'd always super friendly and willing to help or give any advice they can: even the ones stocking will stop what they're doing and show you or tell you about something. The meat at the meat counter is amazing and cut right there in front of you! If they don't have a cut you want in the case, they'll go back and cut it for you. Also, Whole Foods offers a case discount on everything in the store and you get 10% off. My husband and I absolutely love Whole Foods and we look forward to the new discounts and coupons that Amazon is bringing to the app.

I stopped here to buy a rotisserie chicken. When I opened the chicken to feed my family I got a nasty whiff of raw meat... It wasn’t cooked through, and the skin was very moist. I called and the team lead said it was strange because they check all of their chickens, as if I was lying. He offered to replace the chicken and said I hope dinner works out for you! Yea thanks, because dinner didn’t work out! Nobody seemed to genuinely care, my kids could’ve been poisoned. No thanks, keep the chicken.

Today I was disenchanted by this establishment.. As a pregnant woman of "color" with my children with me (usually my husband comes along) I felt merely tolerated and not welcomed. My items were shoved across the counter and my receipt was "Frisbee tossed" at me! I wasn't treated like a paying customer but a despised obligation. Smh.. Whole foods has plenty of customers but they lost a loyal one today.

I don't know if it is related to the Amazon purchase of Whole Foods or not, but every time I go into the store now they are not well stocked. And I have noticed some of my favorite items have gone away. I have shopped at Whole Foods for years and loved it. I was willing to pay more for the quality and selection. Now not so much.

Something slightly other than the norm. Go grab yourself a case of "butter beer" go over to the bar, order yourself a burger and relax a bit. Expect to pay more but that's just the way it is sometimes. Hate Harry Potter? Plenty of other drinks to choose from.
