This is the best vet experience I’ve had. All of the staff, from the front desk, to the techs, and the doctors are all wonderful and great with handling my cats as well as communicating with me. I feel comfortable asking questions, asking for advice and leaving my pets in there care. Even my really shy cat who doesn’t usually like other people becomes an absolute cheeseball for the staff The tech Desiree is his favorite person in the place, we also love her. 100% would recommend bringing your pet here, you can tell the staff really cares!
We've been with Ingelside for years. They cared for our senior cats and now they tend to our 4 little ones. We like the Dr's and the staff and are happy with their service's
It is never fun when you have to take your pet to the vet. Ingleside was able to fit me in with an emergency with my puppy when other clinics said they were booked. The staff was kind, knowledgeable and efficient. They kept me informed with what they were doing, the potential concerns and the cost of everything. Dr Klein, the front desk staff and the techs were all very pleasant to work with in a hard situation. As a daughter of a veterinarian, I have high standards for those who I take my animals to. I was very happy with the service that I got here and will be returning.
It took my cat a long time to recover from this place and I got sent to collections for a supposed no show. I brought my cat to Ingleside Animal Hospital in April 2021. This was during the pandemic when pets were dropped off for their appointments an oversight on my part. My most docile and sweetest cat went in for a check up, vaccines, and a nail trim. What I had in return was a horribly scared and traumatized pet. My poor cat hardly ate or drank water for two weeks. I had to hand feed her and use a syringe to give her water. When I brought up my concerns to Ingleside I was met with indifference by the rep. Stephanie and offered another appointment. I did not want to make the same mistake and asked to accompany my cat; since, I was not sure what they did to make her so scared. Stephanie eagerly set me for another appointment and said they would follow up later with confirmation from their manager. I made it clear I did not want the appointment if I could not join my cat. I did not receive a call back and when I followed up the new reps Angela and Christina told me the manager later again. I did not get a call back again. I forgot about Ingleside for many months since I hired an amazing travel vet to help my cat. Until I got the collection letter for the supposed no show. This place is truly shameless. After traumatizing and quite possibly injuring my cat and never following up with me with my concerns they sent me to collections. Absolutely shameful. Please accompany your pets to all their appointments and make sure to ask many questions about the procedures performed.
Great experience, they handled my anxious girl, Ruby, well and were even able to get blood most vets can't. I highly recommend this clinic!
Dr. Klein is amazing! She and the rest of the staff were so patient and gentle with my unruly/angry kitty who does NOT enjoy the Vet’s office. Thank you for taking care of my babies!
My doggy was so nervous to see a new vet. The staff here welcomed her with open arms and made her feel at home. She recently had dental surgery and they made her feel as comfortable as could be. They took very good care of her.
We bring all our animals here, which include foster cats and kittens, dogs, and birds. The receptionists are warm and always happy to see you. They are great in getting you back to a room quickly, and they genuinely listen to your concerns about your pet. They are willing to work within your budget and never make you feel bad for not being able to afford everything you'd like to do for your pet. They always treat our pets with care. This is our favorite place to bring our animals.
My cats have been going to Ingleside as long as they have been around. Recently, my 17 year old is having thyroid issues resulting in bloodwork every 3 or 4 months. Each time I go in, I’m charged a different amount for blood work that varies widely but when I’m told the results, only one value is given to me-t4 levels. When I finally asked, I was told each time the cat is given a different set of tests and cost is different. Fine, but why am I not told a difference in price and why am I only getting getting one data point when the results are reviewed with me? It feels a little dishonest and not communicating their care and cost associated with their charges. From my perspective, only specific data is given to me which is included in all the different blood test they have done to check the t4 level. So why am I paying for other blood tests data points that are never shared with me or have been suggested only thyroid levels are important? Sometimes it’s $105, sometimes well over $200. Yet, I get the same report card each time. Before I get any response from management, please understand, my issue is lack of communication and confusion around differences of test-especially when I’m only relayed the thyroid level. From my perspective, I’m getting the same exact product each time but charged differently. For reference, this is for Mike.
My first time here and I like everything about this office. This is the best vet experience I’ve had.Dr.Klein was amazing. All of the staff, from the front desk to the techs are all wonderful and great with handling my babies Chloe as well as communicating with me. Explain everything in under stable terms, highly recommended
