I been using this company for Years Richard and his staff espically the Young girl is nothing but rude! I called to check the status on an order which was a week late and received nothing but an attitude . I escalated it to Richard and he told me he would not place the order and that there’s many other print shops to do the job. Then he told me have a nice day and hung up on me.!! I have it all in writing and could post it here ! Extremely unprofessionally!

This place is a joke. Tried to order there but after wasting almost a week with them had to look for another shop. The main guy is on "vacation", says his people will take care of everything, but looks like he has no people to get your order done. He needs to stop wasting the time of his potential customers and just stay retired in Florida. Wear your one star with pride.

Very rude! the guy Richard just hang up on you when you ask him why work is not done on time. After i called again he said call me tomorrow -i called the next day the office was closed for Good Friday Passover if you knew you're off why telling the clients to call the next day??? Worst company ever.

Anybody with a few dollars can purchase a turn-key business. Nowadays it's too much to ask that an employee or owner know what they're talking about. The young lady answers the phone, but doesn't know if laserjet printing is available. That's like calling McDonalds and the employee doesn't know if they serve fries or not. So I get connected to the manager/owner, and I ask him specifically if he can print a large epub document in iBooks. He says yes. I send an employee over, and they have no idea if they can or cannot. So they give it a try on two different computers to no avail — even though iBooks is an Apple based program, what passes for the tech person is trying to open it on a PC. So I was lead astray. Time = money, and my time was wasted.

worse company to deal with , they promise you something and never have it on time. and there service with dealing with people is the worst, they talk to you like they are doing you a favor
