My review is mainly on the great customer service I received from an employee by name “Shannon”. I came here to make use of the computer about a month ago, and Shannon though was quite busy with other work, She was very helpful and polite at it with a positive attitude. Honestly, I haven’t received such pleasant customer service at ANY staples!! Keep up the good attitude Shannon!!

They hired new students who couldn’t be ruder literally talk with me like I was incompetent. Instead of helping customers she stands there without providing help. The worst experience ever hence 1 star.

6:30pm on a Friday, no one is picking up the phone to answer one question. Been on hold for 20 mins. If they can't simply pick up the phone, I don't even want to know how they handle business in person.

In general it's ok store. Expensive. But Their machines can't see a lot of files. And They are slow.

I know this store for years. Used to be excellent and friendly service, and much more merchandise. Now it's as friendly as it before, but I'd wish you to stay in shape, and get as well as you were 10 to 5 years ago!

Quality of print & paper looks cheap. Bu t customer service is good.

Very dissapointed by service. No emplyees at duty. Not even one human being. How come suuch a huge vendor of office supplies can not help one guy???? Come on guys. I work as a manager at supply house, and if i would have workers like this i would fire them same day. Look at this picture! And it is one more hour untill shop supposed to be closed! One hour prior. Come on guys hire someone responsible at least!!! If i could i would rate this store with -1000 but google lets u rate with 1 star only!!!

I stopped by at this store to pickup a box of copy paper that I purchased online. I already put it into the trunk, but the box looked strange to me, the lid was taped with a scotch on one side and with some plastic strip on the other. I opened it up just to check ... every pack in the box was ripped, all 8 of them ! one was dirty like someone walked over it, the other was like someone drove over it ... I complained, the manager looked at me like: " why would you rip this good paper" ... the exchanged ... but you know the feeling ... be aware

It never fails. The customer service at this location is top notch. All of the employees are eager to help. They even come up and ask if I need help. Fantastic customer service!

Generally a good store. Clean, organized. I've also felt good about the mask requirements when I was told to put my mask up by the security guard, when I'd pulled it down--on autopilot--for a caller to hear me on the cell. Sometimes the wait for package drop off is a bit slow and feels a little hectic. But i'm grateful they have UPS drop-off & otherwise, a good Office Supply store.
