Great location . One of the best in Brooklyn .
After my bad experience with usps on Flatbush Ave, I came to Ave U instead. This lady today - Ms. Arnold was super nice and friendly. She walked me through and explained any questions I had to me with a plasent and polite manner. I appreciated that she took her time and served me. Wonderful experience today.
Fine service was nice I also bought stamps. Just a jiffy experience
If you happen to go there, CRYSTAL IS AMAZING. Thank you crystal, always a help.
Amazing...got a passport in 15 mins!
I've been using this post office my entire life. Employees are usually friendly, some recognize me over the years and we have pleasant conversations. Lines can be a little long, but usually move at a decent pace.
Worst USPS... Don't go there, avoid yourself a trouble
Imagine waiting in line for one of those priority mail flat rate boxes, only for them to tell you they are no longer available. There are always only 2 people working. Lines are slow. There should be someone always available for quick inquiry or questions, but not here. Probably the same in most post offices in brooklyn.
