The absolute worst pharmacy experience. They were great when they were Wedgewood Pharmacy but since being acquired by Innovation it is virtually impossible to get your script filled. My credit card was charged on the date of the order over a month ago. I have since called 4 times and the folks who answer the phone will tell you anything to make you go away. First it was the drug was on back order. Then it was the drug was received and my script would go out any day. The same with my 3rd call. I finally asked to cancel the order and I was told it would be cancelled the same day. It still shows as pending. I ended up having to dispute the amount through my credit card. This is serious business. This is a pharmacy!! Its not like the purse you bought did not show up. I did some research. Revelation Pharmacy is the parent company for Innovation. Their goal and mission is to grow through acquisition public information. They have already bought up several smaller compounding pharmacies. They are headed by Shawn Hodges, CEO. I looked up how to report them to regulatory authorities and it seems that in 2020 the same Dr. Hodges was named president of the organization that provides the accreditation for compounding pharmacies which is the Alliance for Pharmacy Compounding part of the Pharmacy Compounding Accreditation Board. Does that strike anyone as self serving? The only recourse left is to report them to the Georgia Board of Pharmacy. It is obvious that their growth is unsustainable and if they continue along this path things will get worse. Compounding is a vitally important service. If Innovation cannot provide that service to the patients of the pharmacies they have already taken over, what happens when they fold in all of the smaller pharmacies and there are no reliable compounding pharmacies left.
Service used to be excellent but now not so much. I realize Covid happened but they never return calls. They leave you on the phone never to pick back up and do not call the provider like they say they will. Everything is on BO and can’t be filled for weeks. I have been on hold three different times for 30 minute intervals with no answer. Messaged on FB and was told someone would call me immediately and that never happened. As of today called again and am still on hold for 30 minutes with no answer trying to see if they called my provider to see if they can substitute my BO compounded prescription
MULTIPLE voicemails and minutes on hold. More than half of the time their voice mailbox is full. Get the automated call that my prescription is ready but can't connect. This us going on 3 weeks now. Definitely looking for another compounding pharmacy. POOR....
Innovation Compounding is no longer functioning as if it is a responsible provider. I've been on hold over an hour repeatedly with no answer. Emails to the "lab" email are not responded to and if re-directed to their "mailbox" to leave a message, the mailbox is full. Each time your prescription runs out they are no help getting a refill, do not acknowledge when you send a new scrip and take forever to get back on track. Horrible customer service. This is as unethical as it gets for medical needs. My prescription ran out weeks ago for thyroid compound and I'm looking for a new Compounding Company. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU DEPEND ON YOUR MEDS BEING ON TIME AND UP TO DATE. Basically, you get what you pay for as they charge a slight bit less than others.
They are just awful. Unreturned phone calls, put on hold but never get a person, it’s rare that they answer the phone. I ordered a prescription and told them I could not pick it up so they agreed to ship it for $35. I call every day to no avail. Still don’t have the medication. When I’m lucky enough to get a person or have them leave me a voice mail I’ve been told 4 times that it’s ready to puck up. After explaining repeatedly that I can’t pick it up, I need it shipped. And this is a business that handles MEDICATION! To the manager who sends messages to people who give negative reviews just like mine - don’t bother to send me an apology expressing a desire to make it right. Just get my meds to me. Please.
Horrible customer service, both to patients and doctors. They never answer their phones and have a 1 hour+ wait time on the phone, mess up refills, don’t return voicemails, incorrectly charge you, and multiple times I have gone weeks without my medication. Luckily my doctor is moving future prescriptions for all his patients to a different pharmacy.
I placed my order September 26th. Took my money immediately!! I was told it would ship in 3 days and be overnighted. On October 6th I called and she seemed confused as to why the prescription was filled but not shipped. Assured me it would be shipped that day. October 7th called. They say it didn’t get sent out in time. Then told me it may have been on back order when I was told yesterday it was filled just not shipped!
This Compounding Pharmacy is absolutely the WORST in the Industry. This group acquired Wedgewood Pharmacy business in Q2 of 2022. As a pharmacy they have been unable to keep up with demand, their customer phone lines place you on hold for more than 80 minutes, this pharmacy could not fill my prescription within two months, then I was charged an "overnight fee for FedEX" to send my prescription that was requested two months earlier, and was a tiny vile. This was not at all similiar to what I received previously. I am baffled why they acquired a portion of Wedgewood's business if they were so woefully unprepared to meet business demand. An acquistion such as this should never have been approved by government oversight groups. This should be a crime to handle medical prescription with such disregard as the do as a normal course of business.
Innovation always provides the best service! Our orders are shipped quickly and packaged carefully. I love the new vitamin blend for my patients! It’s our new favorite
The staff is ok. It’s kind of hit or miss. Sometimes they are friendly and others it’s like sorry I’m bothering you. They don’t take insurance either which kind of sucks but I guess it makes sense?? All in all it’s not bad. They do tend to stay in contact if something is up with your medication so that is definitely a positive.
