InShapeMD Louisville

When I first started the program, everything went fine. The first few weeks, I lost several pounds. But then I had a week where I didn’t lose as much. The technician told me I was cheating and was quite nasty towards me. I would agree that maybe I didn’t try as hard that particular week, but I also don’t think I deserved to be degraded like that. Especially since I was paying them to help me. After that visit, I never went back.

As a Marine and college student in the 1960s, my Wrangler blue jeans had a 30" waist. In the 1970s as a young husband and father, they were 32". As an ambitious executive in the 1980s, I wasn't bothered by my 34" jeans. In the 1990s, having become a college instructor, I went up to 36". As a sometime administrator in the early 21st century, I was up to 38", and then, a few years ago approaching retirement, I bought new jeans with a waist of 40". Enough, by God, was enough! Not only did I not look good, I knew that my health was threatened by my gradually increasing waistline. After researching my most promising options, I decided to try InShapeMD in Louisville. In what seems like no time at all, I have lost almost 60 pounds and will soon be in 34-inch jeans for the first time in decades. Will I get back to the Marine weight or my 30-inch jeans? Not likely, but I feel years younger and far healthier than I have in some 30 years. The program is safe and effective and easy. I could scarcely recommend it any higher.

I didn’t find this program to be as accurate in weight loss as I was led to believe. Yes, I loss weight initially, but, it was due more to starvation. Anytime you have a low calorie diet like the one they place you on here, you’re going to lose weight. One of the issues that I encountered was, at times, I’d be so hungry, I’d become light headed. Well, three weeks into the diet, I went for my weigh in and expressed this, one of the ladies there read my blood work again the same one that read it the first time, and stated that my sugar count was low and that I needed to add another fruit to my diet, is why she stated I was light headed. My issue is, a thorough reading of my blood work should have been done to begin with, in an effort to ensure that I was successful on the program. My other issue ties back into starvation. The injections. Which did nothing to curve my appetite. I’d just have to endure. I’m not saying this program doesn’t work, because, again, with any low calorie diet like this one, you’re sure to lose. I just think there are less costly, nor healthy means to accomplish this goal.

I gained over 30 lbs in training in addition to 20 lbs of medical school. I was getting no results with working out and calorie counting. I came across inshapemd and was a little hesitant. I didn't know if I could adhere to the diet AND get the results. 7 weeks later, I am 17 lbs down and excited to start my next cycle soon! The staff is absolutely amazing. InShapeMD is the best! Like many others, I've tried lots of weight loss methods. As I got older, I found it harder and harder to lose. And I was in a spiral of "whatever, who cares?" But I was miserable about the way I looked, and I was also feeling aches in my knees and feet. I had also started to have heartburn a lot and didn't want to admit it was because of how I was eating. What appealed to me about InShapeMD was the quick results, and yet they have living proof that patients keep the weight off. I lost 22 pounds in a month, and I feel awesome. I have at least one more round to go after maintenance, and I'm confident I'll lose all the weight I need to lose. Now -- no more heartburn! I feel light both physically and mentally.

I did the HCG program with InShapeMD a couple of years ago leading up to a spring break trip.  I had checked prices with other places in town, and InShapeMD's program cost half as much as the other places who were doing it.  I lost 41 pounds during that time and have yet to gain any of it back. It did a lot of good things for me, but the lasting effect is that it has caused me to eat better.  The staff is really great and worked hard to help me not only lose the weight, but to understand my body and how to keep the weight off. Since then, I have done Testosterone Therapy with InShapeMD and been very happy with that too.  It is without a doubt the most inexpensive place to do Testosterone in town believe me I've checked!, and yet their quality of service is fantastic compared to what some of my friends describe at other places. Testosterone has really helped me have more energy, drive, and a better quality of life. I cannot recommend InShapeMD more highly.  They did a lot for me, and I have heard the same thing from many friends who I have sent to them as well.

I was very lucky to learn about InShape MD, and to FINALLY lose my excess weight I had carried for over 21 years! My max wt. was 268 and in April 2014 when I started on the HCG regimen I weighed 206 lbs. I wore size 22 pants and 22-24 shirts. InShape MD is great!!! The staff is very supportive and kind. The program is working for me!!! In my first round I lost 35 lbs. And I am almost 3 wks into my 2nd round and have lost around 15 lbs. I can honestly say I have not had that many hunger pains. A few here and there but nothing really unbearable. I am very satisfied with what InShape MD has helped me accomplish. I still have quite a bit of weight to lose but if you would have told me 6 mths ago that I could lose even 45 lbs I would not have believed you. Thanks InShape MD, now let's get this done.
