Be prepared to follow up with the scheduler, from what I was told, she is too busy & not in the office enough to follow up in a timely manner. When I was finally ready to take the leap, a close friend referred me to Dr . Calobrace, after doing my due diligence I decided to schedule a consultation. Scheduled my appointment, initial phone conversation went wonderfully. Front desks staff super nice & welcoming. I was seen by Dr Calobrace NP, she was very informative, very helpful & knowledgeable. Together we decided what would be the best fit/size for me, I was happy and ready. Went in for scheduling/pricing was rushed through, given a quote that was much higher than expected, was willing to make it work, however wanted to ask about my options being this was my 2nd consultation and the difference was over $4k higher. Seemed like my request was a nuisance, said she would look into it. My follow up that I was assured never happened, so after many days of waiting decided I’d call and see for myself what the hold up was. The day I called she wasn’t in the office & they apologized for her not getting back to me by now, a week later at this point. So I waited for her rerun the following week, the call came while I was at work, she left a message with the exact same information we discussed in the office, nothing any different. Making me feel like I was never heard along with not being followed up with, not impressed, by this point I am ready to find another very qualified surgeon, one whose office staff makes me feel more important. However, being that this was something I really wanted I decided to call again, giving benefit of doubt, I understand we all get busy. NOT ONCE BUT TWICE, I called left messages and NEVER received a call back. Incredibly frustrating, this staff member was hired for this, for following up for scheduling appointments for answering questions, for goodness sakes by this point I could have already had my procedure done. I call a third time and ask specifically to talk to someone else, that she hasn’t got back to me and never answered my question. This lady that answered the phone then proceeded to tell me that she herself talked to Dr Calobrace about the significance in price difference and said there was nothing he could do… If I had believed that this lady whom I had never talked to actually did have this conversation I would be ok with it, it was hard to believe that she actually did. I felt like she just told me this because of the lack of follow up and the time that had passed since I had been int the office. I felt like she knew I was frustrated so she told me excuses as to why they hadn’t got back with me, “their busy” & “she’s been out of the office” she also mentioned several times how Dr. Calobrace was a world renowned surgeon, that being so you would think the staff would be able to handle being busy & following up in a timely manner. The cost of the procedure I could have made work, the customer service was so terrible along with the attitude I was given by the last employee & feeling like the first one literally never had time for me from the first time I sat in her office. I will take my business elsewhere. Thankfully I know several girls that have recently had breast implants & have options. Sorry that I had wasted so much of my time, traveled an hour and half to meet with them plus all the time I have let pass by expecting them to actually follow up. Hopefully this helps someone or they fix the problem!

I was treated like nothing more than a number and needed revision surgery after a simple procedure. Long wait times every single appointment, and short, rushed conversations with the doctor. My concerns were brushed away or ignored altogether, and I was made to feel the complications of my BA surgery were my fault. Like other negative reviews, I imagine they will respond with blame or misinformation on the patient’s end as they accept no accountability. I personally know two other women who needed corrective surgeries, so I find the track record Dr. Calobrace brags about hard to believe. The consultation was the only appointment he spent more than 5 minutes with me, but strangely enough he spent most of that time talking about himself. To see confidence in a surgeon is appealing to some degree, but this was an odd level of arrogance. Among other things, Dr. Calobrace placed one of my breast implants way too low during an implant exchange. I voiced my concern immediately after surgery but was told time and time again it was fine. A year later, I underwent a $6k revision surgery with a different doctor who was absolutely amazing. He took one look at my before and after photos from Calobrace and said “wow, I’m so sorry”. Because my problems were present immediately, it’s clear it did not develop over time and was in fact the outcome of a surgical error. The wonderful experience with my new doctor is what prompted me to write this review. Dr. Calobrace has obviously gotten greedy and schedules more patients than he can realistically give appropriate attention to. His way too big ego won’t allow him to admit he may have made a mistake. I wish I had enough characters in this review to lay out the details of all the contradicting information I was given and the severely lacking communication within the office. Please consider another surgeon or be prepared to demand your fair share of time with the doctor. Write things down so there’s no confusion later and don’t let them make you feel like a burden for asking lots of questions.

My most recent procedure confirmed my belief Dr. Calibrace is truly the best and only surgeon I will ever use. I have had other procedures and I put my complete confidence in him and his practice. I must admit I talk openly about my experience, especially when someone sees me out and compliments my recent revisions. This chin procedure was more complicated while I was in the operating Dr. Calibrace knew what my “hopes” would be. He knew what I wanted and took the measures to ensure that I was “happy” well I am ecstatic with his work. I have screamed his praises from the rooftops and will continue to do so! My consultation with Dr. Calobrace was laid back and so comfortable. He was thorough in his questioning me to ensure he knew exactly what I was wanting. He listens and then provides different options to make sure his patients have all the knowledge they need to make an informed decision. I could just tell Dr. Calobrace was abundantly experienced and knew right away I wanted him to be my surgeon. He is in high demand so it does take time to get in to see him but it is well worth the wait.

Wonderful surgeon and staff. I can’t imagine going anywhere else and I am so glad he was recommended to me by so many colleagues. The entire process from start to finish was an A+. Everyone was friendly and informative. Dr. Calobrace has a wonderful bedside manner and my surgical outcome is marvelous if I do say so myself.

I got my breast augmentation about 3 months ago by Dr. calobrace and I do not regret having this surgery done nor do I regret my choice of Dr doing so. This was my very first EVER plastic surgery and after being recommended to Calobrace, I wouldn’t even dare go to any other doctor. I loved how friendly he was and how comfortable him and his staff made me feel on my roller coaster of emotions in my whole process. I love this place. 100% recommend.

I was so scared to have work done. After meeting with the staff and Dr. Calobrace, I knew I was in the best possible hands I could be in. Not only before and after surgery. My surgery was a wonderful success and I could not be more pleased with the results. I had 0 complications and that nursing staff, I could go on and on about how wonderful each and every one of them are. To this day, I could call on them and ask anything and they would each be more than willing to help. I am 9 weeks post op, and have never felt more alive and more beautiful than I do today. I could never thank Dr.C enough for his amazing work and the care I was provided. He will forever get my business and be the only 1 I will refer people who is considering any form of cosmetic work.

I came into see Dr.Calobrace thinking that I was going to have a couple other consults with other Doctors before deciding who I was going to have do my breast augmentation. Dr Calobrace was my first consult and i had heard such great things about him from a couple of my friends. I had also thought maybe I'd just have the consult and not go through with the actual procedure just because I was just so nervous about the whole thing.So on my first visit into the office it was me and my husband and I didn't have to wait but maybe 5 mins in the waiting room which is awesome and a big deal to me since I'm in the dental field and it is important to me to get people back on time and not make them wait. So we go back to the room and the nurse that was in there sorry I forgot her name but she was so nice and explained everything to me and answered all my questions and didn't rush me, after I talked with her Dr Calobrace came in and he knew exactly what size implant would work perfect for my body before I even tried them into the sports bra he was super friendly and funny too, after trying the size implants in that he thought would work good for me I just couldn't stop looking in the mirror at what a difference this would make in my life I always struggled with being unhappy and very insecure about my breast my whole life and to look at myself in the mirror and actually look like a woman I just knew I wanted to go through with this and I knew Dr Calobrace was going to be the one to make that happen i didn't need to go to anyone else for a consult I knew I was where I needed to be so on 9-9-19 I had my breast augmentation! It's been almost 2 weeks and I can tell you I am already a changed woman I'm so in love with my results and I wish I had gone through with this sooner I am no longer going to have to hide myself by wearing super padded bras, I can actually feel like a woman and give my husband the best version of myself ! I just can not be more thankful for Dr Calobrace and his entire staff for making me feel so comfortable and for being so kind I really appreciate everything and would recommend them to anyone!! Dr Calobrace is awesome and I'm sorry for the long review but I am just so happy and want other people to know this!

Be careful! They knocked my front tooth out during surgery , and it’s been a nightmare! Nobody takes responsibility or even apologized .
