Insomnia Cookies

How can you not give warm cookies 5 stars? Well it cost more for cookies then it did steak sandwiches. But they were awesome. Very good chocolate. If they weren’t so expensive it would be 5 stars. They have plenty of these all over the states so you can enjoy yourself somewhere close to you.

Warm, Soft and addictive! I love these cookies and actually ordered twice from this location during my stay in Philly. No complaints. Cookies were always delivered well before the time window. I plan on ordering while I'm back home in Michigan!

Loved the place, very friendly and accesible. Their working hours are excellent and the cookies are delicious. Can leave out the ice creams.

Never had these cookies but I had to try it, the double chocolate mint cookies with a side of cookies and cream ice cream & cookie dough topping. Made my own sandwich was perfect. Nice warm cookies definitely a nice snack to watch a movie/show them fall right out lol. A must TRY!!!!

This place has terrible customer service. I have to keep calling multiple times for order updates. They sent my order to be fulfilled through door dash or Uber eats and for course it was stolen. Instead of the front desk person being upfront and telling me, she had me sit in hold. I had to hang up then call again. got a delivery text, waited outside for 10 minutes still nothing. Do not order from this place, or just pick up yourself. Cookies aren’t worth it!!!!

Been to this location afew times. Every time I've received great service. It always seems like there is a nice crowd. The place is very small but they do an excellent job navigating the customers. The cookies speak for themselves. So good. They are best when still warm. So many choices to choose from. The white chocolate is my fav. Just tried the ice cream and it was fantastic as well.

Hope this message gets to the person who delivered my cookies- I just wanted to say thank you the delivery biker who dropped off my order at 26th street in Fairmont on Oct 1st! I didn’t get a chance to thank the driver before they left as I went in to grab extra tip but we’re gone before I got a chance to give them it. So thanks again for the delivery! Cookies were delicious as always!

Very tasty cookies. We got a cookie sandwich with the double chocolate cookies and it was great! Very small space with a line out the door, but they kept up with the demand.

1-11-23..16th St location..man working at register/taking orders went out of his way to ignore me when I came in store - when he finally acknowledged me I had a few questions about the cookies as I'm gluten intolerant and have a peanut allergy. He seemed annoyed and didn't really want to answer my question or he really didn't know the answers..To sum it up he seems like he hates his job..I won't return to any Insomnia location no thanks
