"Miel", the French word for honey, is a high end, boutique style pastry shop with locations in the Historic Rittenhouse Square District of Center City Philadelphia and in the Village Walk Shopping Center in Cherry Hill, New Jersey. It is renowned for its specialty chocolates, wedding cakes, individual pastries, tarts, and cakes. Miel, an authentic French Patisserie, is the culmination of over 20 years of culinary experience, travels throughout the world, and many years of intensive planning. Once inside, one can see the elaborate array of equipment from around the globe. Miel's extensive menu includes Wedding and Celebration Cakes, Petite and Individual Pastries, Tarts, Cakes, and Artisan Chocolates. Specialty holiday gift baskets and custom chocolates round out Miel's bill of fare.
