Insurance Auto Auctions

This is the slowest place I've ever been to. I'd rather go to copart any day. If I could give less than one star I would.

As an active online buyer of salvage vehicles this location has the worst manager of any of the locations I have ever dealt with, won't return phone calls, won't answer emails and try's to gouge buyers by jumping bids by a crazy amount that is way off from what the bids have been running trying to sucker buyers into paying more for a vehicle than what's it's worth hoping that it will stick. In general IAA has the worst customer service of any of the major auctions, you never reach Customer Service in one attempt when asked to leave a message its several hours or even a day or more before they return a call and to speak with a manage or supervisor you have to go through a operator explaining the problem in detail to see if it's worth a manager taking time to speak with you a customer.

They're good at what they do and you can get some good deals.
