I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of North Carolina, dividing my time between Charlotte, NC and Wilmington, NC. Counseling/coaching with hypnosis, guided visualization/meditation, yoga, breathing and nutrition are utilized in order to create a very specific, individualized, holistic approach to everyone I work with. It is my belief that we are already whole as human beings. Sometimes along the way of living this life of ours, we get stuck, and need fresh insight as to which direction to turn along the path.
