Chris was able to go to my property and unlock a master bedroom door that my guests had locked. The guests were panicking but Chris arrived in 20 minutes very professional and open the door quickly. I definitely recommend Chris and his company. Many other locksmiths weren’t open on Sunday and other places wouldn’t even take my call until after 9.

I lost my keys and needed my door rekeyed. Chris answered the phone right away and came to my home soon afterwards. Not only did he help me with my lock, he tightened up the screws on the lock and whatever the thing in the door frame is called. He’s nice and fast and great at what he does

Chris came out same day and was really fast. Reasonably priced and thorough.

We were locked out on a Sunday, and worried no one would be available. I called Chris and after exchanging address info, he gave me a 30 minute ETA. He arrived earlier than expected, and had us in the apartment lickety-split. I am saving Inteli Lock Service in my contacts folder.

First of all, Chris answered the phone, so no voicemail which is prevalent these days so that was a big plus. He also made it very easy to let him know what was going on by just asking for some pictures of the lock that needed to be replaced. When he got the pictures he texted back that he could be over at 1:00 p.m. the next day which I thought was fantastic since the next day was a Sunday. At about 1 minute to 1pm he was there! Workmanship was great, customer service was great, and I found out he likes chocolate so you know that means he's a great person LOL.

I locked myself out of my house on a very cold Sunday morning. What could have been a miserable experience was instead a very pleasant and professional service from the owner of Inteli Lock Service. Less than an hour after I called Inteli, I was back in my home and my dog was thrilled to be let out. I knew I made the right choice in locksmiths when my dog greeted the owner, who came to help, like he was an old friend. I would give 10 stars if I could. Outstanding!!!
