The technician was very nice even though it was dark out. He called to let us know he was around the corner and got the car open so fast. Fair prices and excellent service

I want to leave them no stars because I never got any service. I called them at 2:45 and they put me on I was on hold for 10 min. A computer answered the phone and said "someone will be with you in just a few minutes". My time is valuable, if they can't afford to hire someone to actively answer the phones and talk to people I don't have time to give them my business.

Great service. Pop-A-Lock came out within an hour of my call at the exact time stated and fixed my jammed, 20 year old, MARKS lock in minutes. Plus, they cleaned and lubed the entire mechanism for good measure. And didn't try to up-sell me with a new lock or parts. Service-call charge only. Highly recommend.

I was panicked in a situation not knowing what to do locked out of my car with my keys inside it. Had to call because I inadvertently locked my keys in my car. He came within a very reasonable time and solved my problem quickly. He was very professional, courteous and pleasant. He was a life saver for me. Would recommend this his service to anyone.

They quoted me a price, and even though it took a while, the price was the price. Mario was extremely professional, and was cool and calm, even when it was fighting him. I will recommend, and call them in the future.
