Delightful experience here exchanging old jewelry for some cash. The appraiser was kind and explained that most of my jewelry was not actually full gold but sterling silver and show me how. He gave me a $10 for a promotion to running and invite me back for my wife's 20th anniversary and said they would give me a deal.

Gates was awesome in listening to our concerns with getting a couple rings fixed and showing us some beautiful rings. They don’t pressure you, and really listen to what you ask.
