We recently had a miss-hap with a family members dog that got a bit anxious and pawed at the door and pulled the carpet off the tack strips and shredded the underlayment. I called IF our original installers and they responded very quickly and set up a time for repair. Today they finished and it looks great.

International Flooring did an incredible job replacing our entire first floor hardwoods after a refrigerator leak. Luis and his team are professional, on time and do artisan quality work. We were on a tight time line with a bridal shower that we had already mailed the invitations for, and Luis made it happen with time to spare! International Flooring is the only company I will use in the future!

They provide great flooring materials and service. We are extremely happy with the workmanship. They gave us a detailed estimate and time line up front. They stayed on schedule and finished the job exactly as promised. The workers themselves did great, kept the house clean, answered any questions we had. I highly recommend them for your flooring needs. These days it is hard to find a reputable contractor, these guys did everything correctly. They are insured.

We had International Flooring install new carpet in our house this past weekend, and we simply could not be happier! First off, we got a great value on the carpet - excellent quality and excellent price, and we had done a lot of comparisons beforehand. Then the installation went perfectly. The installers were at our house at 8 am sharp on Saturday morning, which totally blew our minds. My wife and I figured it would take all day, and possibly roll over into Sunday or Monday. But no, that 3 man crew had the whole job done in less than 5 hours time! They worked non-stop, never took a break, and they were careful and meticulous with everything they did. The job was done to absolute perfection. And get this: we didn't vacuum the old carpet the night before, just picked everything up as best we could, to clear the decks for them to come remove it the next day. But during the course of removing the old carpet, one of the installers must have found a dime on the old carpet somewhere, that we had missed seeing. We found the dime sitting on a piece of furniture nearby. Now THAT is an installer crew with integrity, and that is extremely rare. Now here we are 2 days later, with a new carpet, which makes the whole house look and smell like a new house, and we are absolutely thrilled. So my recommendation to anyone reading this is to stop your flooring search right now. If you've found International Flooring, then you need look no farther. The value of the product, the customer service you will receive,, the timeliness and reliability of the installation crew, and the integrity of this company is beyond compare.

Beautiful showroom - varied selection - great customer service and this was just to pick out the carpet I wanted! The installation was punctual, clean and perfectly done. Their wood floors are gorgeous. Happy customer

I felt like this flooring store had the best customer service of anywhere I went. I ended up not getting any tile because they did not carry what I was looking for. However, I wish I could have given them the business. Ask for Reiner Solano.
