My garage floor was in very bad condition due to salts coming up through the ground. I was hoping that there was a fix for it. I spoke with J.P. who is the representative with Expedite Coating and set up an appointment. When he saw the floor he said it was the in worst condition of any floor that he had ever seen. He answered all my questions and made honest suggestions for the best way forward. However, because the floor was in such bad condition he wanted to double check with the manufacturer of the product for their opinion. I appreciated that! We got the approval and moved forward. I love the floor! I am so glad I made this decision. Also, as for after installation service: after it was installed I found a few small areas that needed attention. I called J.P. and they came out right away to take care of them. I loved the 15 year warranty as it gave me peace of mind that they have confidence in the product.
