IRCO is the least professional service I have ever used. The interpreters do not show up when scheduled and we receive zero notice. Many of the interpreters that do show up do not act professionally. One criticized signage in the lobby giving her opinion that the sign was "too simple." Some of the interpreters even encourage the client to ask only for them the next time they request interpreter. The billing department here is a nightmare to deal with. When we request simultaneous translation, the interpreter shows up and provides consecutive translation but the invoice is charged at the higher simultaneous rate. When disputed with billing, the answer was that it was requested as simultaneous so it's billed at that rate, regardless of what the interpreter actually provided. Terrible customer service. Also, the billing department routinely bills for things many many months past when services are rendered. There have been times when the invoice was already paid and they billed it again. The woman who handles billing is extremely unprofessional and rude in her communications. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! There are so many better and more professional ones out there like Passport to Languages or Linguava,
IRCO's ILB staff are very prompt and clear in terms of communication regarding projects and is ready to provide extra help and support when needed. It has been a pleasure working for ILB to support our Immigrant and Refugee Community.
Absolutely terrible, paid them $50 for translating one page. Some words were translated incorrectly. Not a certified translators. It was a rip off.
