Eric, who was the original installer of our furnace 17 years ago gave us our options to repair the Carrier heat exchanger or replace the furnace. We opted to repair with Carrier supported part which was 1/10 the cost. Understanding that at 17 years the likelihood of other expensive repairs. Eric is excellent at his job as he diagnosed, presented our options with costs right on the spot, and did the repair at his second visit efficiently.
